Agreement for Coaching Services

Pledge: Client and Coach agree to abide by the Coaching Policies and Procedures as listed below.

Coach Disclaimer of Liability: InspireMe Coaches are engaged solely for the purpose of advising and counselling the Client with respect to the Client’s personal development and setting and achieving of the Client’s goals. The client understands that the Coach is not a recruitment agent, a manager, a financial analyst or a psychotherapist, and that she has not promised and shall not be obligated to, and will not: (1) procure or attempt to procure any employment, business or sales for the client; (2) perform any business management functions such as accounting services, tax consulting or advise with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist, providing psychological counselling, psychoanalysis or behavioural therapy.

When enlisting the services of an InspireMe Coach understands that, by the nature of coaching, the client is responsible for the successful outcome of this coaching programme.

Coaching Policies and Procedures:

1. Session information

1.1. Attending sessions

Once the number and nature of services has been agreed, payment becomes due immediately although individual payment plans may be considered in certain circumstances.

1.2. Cancellation or changes to sessions

Any necessary re-scheduling or cancellation of sessions should be done at least 24 hours before the planned meeting. 

Please make every effort to be on time for sessions – repeated lateness or unexplained absence will lead to termination of this agreement and you may be charged.

1.3.  Additional sessions

I understand that you might have questions in between our calls. Please know that if it is a QUICK question that requires a simple response we will be delighted to help. Please email these quick questions to caroline@inspiremegroup.com and these will normally be answered within 2 working days.

If your question requires more time, we will usually say either “lets save it” until our next call so I can better help you and not short change you with an insufficient answer,

Should you feel that you need extra support, or want to share a success with your coach, please e-mail, and we will endeavour to call you back within 24 hours. 

1.4. Termination

Following the initial agreement, you may cancel at any time by providing a written confirmation of the request to cancel. 

1.5. Problems 

If your coach ever says or does anything in a session that you don’t feel comfortable with, or if you have any concern with the way we are working, please email caroline@inspiremegroup.com as soon as possible. For our work together to be effective, you have to be as honest and open as possible..

1.6   Fees 

All fees become payable before the start of any programme.

2. Confidentiality and Legalities

2.1. Confidentiality 

We recognise that anything you share with me is regarded as being confidential, whether it is business or personal information. All InspireMe Coaches therefore undertake not to, at any time, (unless required to do so by law), either directly or indirectly, use or disclose any information you share with them during your sessions, without your express, written permission. 

3. Ongoing Feedback: 

3.1 Client feedback

Throughout the programme and also at the end of our coaching, we will ask you to write a few comments about our work together, as an evaluation. It helps us to see what you like about the process, what results you received overall and where we can keep improving our services to you. We find this extremely valuable and make it a consistent part of working with each client. We thank you in advance for this. Please know I may use any comment or success you do share with me or on the website or Facebook Page in the form of a testimonial to share with others unless you expressly tell me not to in advance.

4. Money-back guarantee

In order to give you confidence, we offer a 28-day money-back guarantee on all services where expected results have not been met. This is on condition that you (as the Client) can prove that you have carried out all agreed actions.
